The models

ALBERTO golf starts the spring/summer season with five models. Sports fans can choose the 5-pocket models with either a fashionable boot cut or a straight leg, depending on their taste. And golfers do not have to go without their favourite cut just because the weather is hot, since the 5-pocket models are available as comfortable Bermuda shorts. Sportswear trousers with elastic, side stripes and practical zip fasteners on the trouser cuffs are the perfect companions for a comfortable, active summer. ALBERTO also presents a quirky variant of the sportswear golf pants with large cargo pockets. The designers from Moenchengladbach use narrow slacks to define an ideal new line. One distinguishing characteristic of the swanky pants is a green zip for adjusting the width of the leg in the lower third. Functional extra pockets, corded band applications and comfortable front pockets characterise the flat front models.

The qualities

The light qualities radiate sport appeal: Pure linen and cotton gabardine keep you feeling comfortable, even after an active day on the golf course. With ALBERTO golf, bad weather is no longer a valid reason to stay at home: Almost all qualities are water-resistant and protect reliably against moisture. All models contain a large proportion of stretch fabric for unlimited freedom of movement. These fully washable pants are particularly low-maintenance because of their easy-care properties.

The colours

Pants by ALBERTO golf will always catch the eye, both on the golf course and in the city. The collection offers a wide range of colours: Shocking orange, turquoise, pink and yellow power colours make fashion pants by ALBERTO golf immediately recognisable. Cement grey, beige, khaki and navy blue are the discreet club colours that characterise the basic pants range. Club sportswear pants are available in a third palette that includes pastel fade-out colours. Stripes also make a dazzling entrance in the ALBERTO golf collection for Summer 2006: Not only individualists and fashion gurus will get a buzz from the attractive neon and coloured fantasy stripes on a black background.

The functions

Apart from the visual elements of the ALBERTO golf range, functional themes are also in the spotlight and great importance is attached to their development. Different finishes guarantee a fit that makes you feel both comfortable and at ease on the fairways, come wind or rain: The dirt-repellent, waterproof and breathable properties of the function 3 x Dry protect the golfer whatever the weather. The cotton materials have a special nano-texture and remain resistant to dirt and water, even after repeated washing. ALBERTO has developed the Ceramica model with UV-ray reflective and cooling properties to guarantee all-day comfort and protection on warm or sunny days. Another high-performance trouser is the Cooler model, made from 90 % ThermaStat fabric and 10 % Elasthan. Hollow insulating fibres balance the trouser temperature and ensure a comfortable fit. Large score card pockets, practical tee holders and spacious pockets for golf balls will score a hole in one with every golfer, even if they are feeling slightly under par. The distinctive ball marker with Alex Cejka's signature is a must for every budding pro.

The golf shirts

Colourful ALBERTO golf shirts by Alex Cejka epitomise sporting luxury. The functional quick-dry material Cool Max boasts the perfect attributes for dispelling moisture and prevents unpleasant accumulation of moisture on the skin. A newly developed cotton fibre was adapted perfectly to a golfer's swinging motion and offers unlimited freedom of movement. One distinguishing feature of the golf shirts is their shocking colours: Pink, apple green, orange, petrol green or purple will guarantee a stunning entrance into the clubhouse. Colour-coordinated buttons, contrast stitching and fine embroidery on the trims lend a detailed designer look.
