The American from Amazon has learnt perfect German in the shortest time and already communicates perfectly with customers in the ALBERTO store - the first store in Germany to deploy the voice-controlled interaction system. It’s a breakthrough tech-nology of the future and it's not just technology geeks that are fascinat-ed by it. This is why it’s the perfect interplay. This innovative project was conceived and implemented by the Krefeld agency three-2-one under the leadership of owner Jörg Pressel.
